What is one thing you personally would take out of the 6 week Healthpointe cycle?

I finally realized that a Healthy Body improves brain health, reduces stress and optimizes performance.

A feel good moment that you experienced during the Healthpointe cycle or after you achieved your goal weight and/or cms loss?

My daughter who is based in the USA bought me funky pants and for a year I could not wear them because of weight gain. After achieving my weight goal I was able to wear them again and shared that moment on video with her.

Water intake is critical, and helps with hydration and the reduction of inflammation. Please share what impacted you with the eSpring Purification System?

The water tasted much better without harmful chemicals. It also assisted me with digestion and thus increased my energy level.

During the 6 week cycle of Protein Days, Weight Loss Days, and Metabolic Adjustment Days, did you feel that you were working with the way the body is meant to work? What lifestyle tips have you learnt that will impact you going forward?

The first week was the most difficult. I had to adjust and develop a healthy mindset. Now, I have learnt to remove the negative triggers in my life, identify unhealthy habits, stay active, eat well and get enough fluids.
